Vulnerability Reporting
I. Vulnerability Submission
Vulnerability reporters should send an email to Ryan@eeguard.com to report any security vulnerabilities they have discovered.
II. Vulnerability Review Phase
1.Within two working days, the EEGUARD Security Response Center staff will confirm receipt of the vulnerability report and begin assessing the issue.
2.Within five working days, EEGUARD staff will process the issue and provide a conclusion. If necessary, they may communicate with the reporter for further clarification and assistance.
III. Vulnerability Remediation Completion Phase
The relevant business department will remediate the vulnerability. The remediation time depends on the severity and difficulty of the issue: critical and high-risk vulnerabilities within 24 hours, medium-risk vulnerabilities within three working days, and low-risk vulnerabilities within seven working days. Some vulnerabilities may be subject to version release constraints, and the actual remediation timeline will be determined based on specific circumstances. For severe or high-impact vulnerabilities, an emergency security bulletin will be issued separately.
